เงื่อนไขการรับประกัน
- บริษัทฯ รับประกันคุณภาพ และความเสียหายสินค้าเฉพาะความผิดพลาดที่เกิดขึ้นในขั้นตอนการผลิต (Production Defects) ไม่รับประกันความเสียหายที่เกิดจากอุบัติเหตุ การใช้งานที่ผิดปกติ การเสื่อมสภาพตามการใช้งานปกติของสินค้า และสินค้าที่ถูกปรับปรุง ดัดแปลง แก้ไข
- การรับประกันครอบคลุมเฉพาะผู้ซื้อคนแรกที่ซื้อจากบริษัท ฟุลฟิลด์ เพอร์พัส โค้ชชิ่ง จำกัด (pickleballth.com หรือ ตัวแทน Arise Pickleball) เท่านั้น (Original Owner)
- บริษัทฯ ไม่มีนโยบายรับประกันกริปพันไม้ที่มีความเสื่อมสภาพตามการใช้งาน
- ลูกค้าจำเป็นต้องเก็บใบรับประกันที่แนบไปกับสินค้ารวมทั้งบรรจุภัณฑ์ของสินค้า อุปกรณ์ และเอกสารต่างๆของสินค้าประกอบการรับประกัน
- การเคลมสินค้าทำได้โดยลูกค้าต้องส่งสินค้าที่ต้องการเคลมมาที่บริษัทฯ เพื่อพิสูจน์และตรวจสอบสถานะการรับประกันแก่ลูกค้า (ความเสียหาย, วันที่ซื้อ, สถานะผู้รับประกัน, ระยะเวลารับประกัน, สิทธิ์การรับประกัน) ก่อนที่บริษัทจะทำการเปลี่ยนสินค้าใหม่ให้ลูกค้าต่อไป
- ผู้รับประกันสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะซ่อมแซมหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าที่มีข้อบกพร่องที่ครอบคลุมภายใต้การรับประกันตามดุลยพินิจของผู้รับประกัน

- การรับประกันนี้มีผลเฉพาะในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น
- การรับประกันนี้ไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ได้การรับประกันนี้ไม่ครอบคลุมค่าจัดส่งสินค้า

Product Warranty for JOOLA brand Pickleball Paddles Purchased from Fulfilled Purpose Coaching Co., Ltd.
Warranty Period: 6 months from the date of purchase as stated on tax invoice/receipt
Warranty Conditions:
- The company guarantees the quality and damage of the products only for errors that occur during the production process (Production Defects). It does not guarantee damage caused by accidents, abnormal use, normal wear and tear of the product, and products that have been modified, modified, or repaired.
- The warranty is only for the first buyer who purchases from Fulfilled Purpose Coaching Co., Ltd. (pickleballth.com or authorized Arise Pickleball agents) only (Original Owner).
- The company does not have a policy to guarantee the wear and tear of the grip tape.
- Customers must keep the warranty letter, including the product packaging, accessories, and various product documents for warranty purposes.
- Product claims can be made by customers by sending the product to be claimed to the company to prove and check the warranty status for the customer (damage, date of purchase, warranty status, warranty period, warranty rights) before the company will replace the product with a new one for the customer. The customer will be responsible for delivery or postage to send the product back to the company.
- The warrantor reserves the right to repair or replace, at its discretion, any defect covered by the warranty.
Additional Notes:
- The warranty is only valid in Thailand.
- The warranty is not transferable.
- The warranty does not cover shipping costs.
To claim a warranty:
Contact Fulfilled Purpose Coaching Co., Ltd. at pickleballth.com or an authorized Arise Pickleball agent.
Provide the following information:
- Your name and contact information
- Your order number
- A description of the damage to the product
- Photos of the damage (if applicable)Follow the instructions provided by Fulfilled Purpose Coaching Co., Ltd. or the Arise Pickleball dealer.
